TO-Can Laser Diode
Techwin TO-Can Laser Diode integrated with advanced packaging technology, can incorporate a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) and a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor. The TEC enables high-precision temperature control, resulting in lasers with high power and stable wavelength. We also offer heated TO packages suitable for operation in the -10°C to 50°C range. These lasers feature collimated light output.
